NASCAR Busch Series Update from Richmond International Raceway
The NASCAR Busch Series practiced twice earlier today at Richmond International Raceway and is preparing to qualify for the 250-lap race that will take place here tonight.
Reed Sorenson, in the No. 41 Wrigley’s Juicy Fruit® Dodge, was 21st fastest in first practice and 10th fastest in final practice. He will qualify 19th during the NBS trial-lap session.
Juan Pablo Montoya, in the No. 42 Texaco/Havoline Dodge, was 18th fastest in first practice and seventh fastest in final practice. He will be the last car to make his trial laps, lining up in 45th to qualify.
Don’t forget the Circuit City 250 is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. ET tonight, and will broadcast live on ESPN2 (TV), MRN (Radio) and Sirius Satellite Radio channel 128. Qualifying for the 250-lap Busch race is scheduled to take place at 4:05 p.m. ET today, and will broadcast live on SPEED.
